Donna is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Office of Undergraduate Studies in Music. She performs administrative duties for the office; serves as coordinator of registration for all music students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels; enrolls all incoming undergraduate students; prepares the Timetable copy online; coordinates facilities used for classes and special events; supervises grade reporting by all faculty; and prepares the payroll for School of Music staff employees. She is general academic liaison between the Undergraduate Music Office and the Assistant and Associate Dean’s Offices in the College of Fine and Applied Arts. Her office (3065 Music Building) is where students go first with questions regarding their course of study. She may be reached by e-mail or by calling 217/244-2670.
